Practice settings
Practice settings control how your clinic appears across the platform — on prescriptions, letters, invoices, and patient communications.
Fields you can configure

Uploading your logo
- Go to Settings → Practice
- Click Upload Logo
- Select a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image (recommended: at least 300px wide, transparent background)
- Click Save
Your logo appears immediately on all new prescription PDFs.
Letterhead colour
The letterhead colour is used for borders, headings, and accents on prescription PDFs. Enter any valid hex colour (e.g. #0C1929). The default is GetClinic dark navy.
