Patient portal overview
Patients have their own secure area at app.getclinic.io/my where they can view their health records, upcoming appointments, and prescriptions.
What patients can see
- Dashboard — summary of recent activity
- Appointments — upcoming and past appointments
- Prescriptions — list of prescriptions issued to them
- Medications — current medication record
- Profile — personal details (name, DOB, address, contact info)
Patient registration
Patients register at app.getclinic.io/get-started. They need an email address and will verify it before accessing their portal. Your clinic must also have a patient record for them — the portal links to the existing record using their email address.
Patient privacy
Patients can only see their own data. They cannot see other patients, clinical staff details, or any internal clinic information.
