Ordering lab tests

GetClinic connects to lab providers to allow you to order tests and receive results directly in the platform.

How to order a test

1. Click Lab Results in the left navigation
2. Click + New Lab Order
3. Select the patient
4. Choose the test(s) required
5. Add any clinical notes for the lab
6. Submit the order

Viewing results

When results are returned by the lab, they appear in the Lab Results section and on the patient's profile. Out-of-range values are flagged automatically.

Lab providers

To connect a lab provider, go to Settings → Labs and enter your lab account credentials. Contact support if your lab provider is not listed.
