Logging in to GetClinic
GetClinic uses secure email and password authentication. Your account is tied to your clinic — you cannot share login credentials between clinics.
Steps to log in
- Go to app.getclinic.io/login
- Enter your registered email address and password
- Click Sign In
First time logging in?
If your clinic admin has invited you as a team member, you'll receive a setup email. Click the link in that email to set your password and access your account.
Forgot your password?
- Click Forgot password? on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a reset link (valid for 1 hour)
- Set a new password and log in
💡 Tip: If you don't receive a reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact your clinic admin.
Session security
GetClinic sessions expire automatically after periods of inactivity to protect patient data. You will be prompted to log in again if your session expires.
